Returns and Refund

NADO is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied by NADO please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. Please check all items on opening. If you are not fully satisfied with any of the products you have ordered from NADO we are happy to exchange the product or arrange to refund the purchase price.

Refunds

For all refunds or exchanges please;
• Email photos of the damaged or defective item
• Return the goods in their original condition with original packaging
• Please send a copy of your original invoice with the item/s
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you change your mind about the purchased items, you are welcome to return it to us (at your cost) and we will provide you with a store credit so you can chose something else. All returned items must be in original, unused and unopened condition and proof of purchase will be required. You must contact us by email at info@nado.org.au to let us know within 30 days should you wish to exchange your item.

Damaged Goods

NADO endeavours to ensure all products are of the highest standard and a full description is available on this website. However we understand that there may be times when a product may contain a manufacturing defect or not meet your expectations. In the unfortunate but unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged on delivery we will either repair, replace or refund. You must notify us within seven days of the fault by email to info@nado.org.au and we will organise the return.

If the item you have received is faulty, or different to what was described please call 0296239855 and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Note: Unfortunately, your postage charges on the original order are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (ie same price) you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. Please contact us for more information.

All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard or priority delivery rate based on your delivery preference.

Back orders

If a product you order is temporarily out of stock, you may wish to place it on back-order. You will be advised of the expected dispatch date either by phone or email and the product will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available.
You will not be charged any additional delivery costs for back-ordered items delivered to you at a later date. Your credit card will not be charged for back-ordered items until they are dispatched, however for security reasons, all cheques will be banked on receipt.
